Italy OnScreen Today - New York Film & Tv Series Fest was born in 2016 to promote the best of Italian contemporary cinema and audiovisual in New York. Produced by the Artistic Soul Association, founded and directed by Loredana Commonara.

The initiative is realized thanks to the contribution of the Italian Ministry of Culture with the support of the Italian Institute of Culture of New York, Italian General Consulate, in collaboration with Rai Cinema, Roma Lazio Film Commission, Italian Heritage and Culture Committee of New York, Stony Brook University, New York University.

Italy on screen today has already received great appreciation from the audience and press in New York, and Miami and Orlando special edition too: the program carefully and newly curated in details and in its quality: US premieres, great authors, young directing promises, documentary, animation and Tv Series, the most iconic faces in cinema, alongside the insights thought the meet&greet with the press and our guests.

The showcase is organized by an Italian-American committee. The Italian organizing committee formed by specialists in the sector, will be joined by a local committee.
